How it works

Three steps from idea to mailbox.

No CAD experience needed. The whole studio runs in your browser — even on a Chromebook.

01

Sketch your shape

Drag in primitives, push-and-pull faces, boolean things together. If you can play Minecraft, you can use the studio.

02

Pick material + checkout

PLA, PETG, or ABS. We quote in real time, you pay with Stripe. No surprise upcharges, no quotes to wait on.

03

Open the mailbox

We print, pack, and ship to 14 countries. Tracking lands in your inbox — usually within a week of order.

Why Cloud Forge

The shortest path between an idea and a printed part.

The old way is download, learn, slice, troubleshoot, ship. We collapse all of that into "draw it, click order."

The old way

5 tools, 3 weekends, $400+

  • Install Fusion 360 or SolidWorks — fight licensing
  • Watch 8 hours of YouTube before you can extrude a box
  • Export STL, open slicer, guess at infill and supports
  • Buy a $300 printer, burn a weekend calibrating it
  • Hope it survives the first layer at 2 AM
Cloud Forge

1 tab, 10 minutes, ~$6

  • Open cloudforge3d.com — start designing immediately
  • Push, pull, boolean. No tutorials. Real CAD, no jargon
  • One click: we slice, print, and pack for you
  • No printer to own, no filament to babysit
  • Tracking number in your inbox — part on your porch
What's inside

A studio that ships its own work.

Most 3D tools stop at the export button. Cloud Forge takes you all the way to the porch.

Studio

Real CAD in your browser

Booleans, holes, groups, Z-up snapping, STL/OBJ import — running on Three.js with the same kind of sketch-and-extrude flow you'd get in a desktop tool. Saves your designs to your Cloud Forge account so they follow you across devices.

Solid & hole booleans Auto Z-up export STL / OBJ import

FAQ

Things people always ask.

Do I need to know CAD? +
Nope. The studio is built so anyone who can drag a window around can design a part. Start with a primitive, push faces around, cut holes with the boolean tool. There's no jargon and no menu burrowing.
How fast do orders ship? +
Right now, while I'm printing orders personally on a Bambu Lab A1 mini, expect 3–5 business days to print + 2–5 days ground shipping. Once we scale to a fulfillment partner, the target is 7 days door-to-door, anywhere in our 14-country shipping zone.
What can't I print? +
No weapons or weapon parts, no copyrighted characters, no medical devices, nothing illegal where you live or where it ships. Full list lives in our Acceptable Use Policy.
What if the print arrives broken? +
Email a photo within 14 days and we'll refund or reprint at our cost. Shipping damage and manufacturing defects are on us. Full terms in the Refund Policy.
Can I import an STL I already have? +
Yes — there's an Import button at the top of the studio that accepts both STL and OBJ. Import it, scale or rotate, then order it like anything else.
Do you train AI on my designs? +
No. Your designs are private to your account. We don't share them, sell them, or use them as training data. If you delete your account, your designs are wiped within 30 days.
