Acceptable Use Policy

You can design and order almost anything on Cloud Forge. Here's the short list of what we do not manufacture, and what we do when designs cross those lines.

Prohibited content

By submitting an order, you confirm your design is none of the following:

Weapons or weapon components — firearms, frames, lower receivers, suppressors, magazines, knives over local legal limits, or any item primarily designed to cause harm
Items prohibited by U.S. or destination-country law
Copyrighted characters or trademarks you don't own or license — Marvel, Disney, Nintendo, Pokémon, Star Wars, etc. We comply with all DMCA takedown notices
Sexually explicit content
Items promoting hate, violence, or harassment against any group
Counterfeit currency, fake IDs, lock-pick kits, or other items designed to facilitate fraud or burglary
Medical devices requiring FDA clearance (orthotics, prosthetics intended for clinical use, dental implants, surgical guides)
Items designed for life-safety applications without explicit certification
Drug paraphernalia as defined under U.S. federal law

What happens if you submit prohibited content

Order is cancelled, you are refunded in full
Account flag is added; second offense results in account termination
For serious offenses (CSAM, terrorism-related, etc.) we report to law enforcement and preserve evidence

Reporting violations

If you see designs on Cloud Forge that violate this policy, email abuse@cloudforge3d.com. We review reports within 48 hours.

Intellectual property complaints (DMCA)

Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing design or order
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent
Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notifications follow the procedure in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Our discretion

This list isn't exhaustive. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Refusal does not constitute a judgment about the legality of the design — it just means we choose not to manufacture it.
