Cloud Forge is an online 3D design tool and on-demand 3D printing marketplace operated by __ COMPANY LEGAL NAME __, a __ STATE __ limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). Designs are created in your browser; physical prints are manufactured and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partners.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cloud Forge. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only place orders with a parent or legal guardian's consent. By submitting an order, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs you create using the Service ("Your Designs"). By using the Service, you grant Cloud Forge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and transmit Your Designs solely to fulfill your orders, provide customer support, and operate the Service.
You represent and warrant that Your Designs (a) are created by you or that you have full rights to produce and reproduce them, and (b) do not infringe any third party's copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other rights.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from order confirmation, depending on the manufacturing partner and your destination. Cloud Forge is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, delays caused by carriers, or delays caused by acts of God.

If you believe content on Cloud Forge infringes your copyright, send a notice complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) to dmca@cloudforge3d.com. Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.
THE SERVICE AND ANY PHYSICAL PRINTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
3D-printed objects are not certified for life-safety, medical, structural, food-contact, or load-bearing uses unless explicitly stated. You assume all risk from the use of physical prints.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD FORGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ANY ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cloud Forge and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) Your Designs, or (c) your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Service and/or email at least 7 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of __ STATE __, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in __ COUNTY, STATE __.
